Apprehending the arrest in connection with F.I.R. No.306/2021 registered at Police Station Udyog Nagar, Bharatpur, District Bharatpur for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of I.P.C., the petitioner has preferred this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

This anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is preferred against the order dated 05.08.2023, whereby, the learned trial court summoned the accused-petitioner after taking cognizance under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of I.P.C.

The learned trial court has not directed to issue bailable warrant or arrest warrant against the accused-petitioner, so also,
