Counsel for the accused-petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy of appeal under Section 14A of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as the said provision provides the remedy of appeal against the order passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) cases.
In view of the prayer made by counsel for the accusedpetitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the orders/documents attached with this bail application to the counsel for the accused-petitioner.
