The accused-petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.38/2024 registered with the Police Station Special Police Station (SOG),

District ATS and SOG for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC.

Heard.

Considered the submissions made at bar so also the material available on record.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations levelled against the present accused-petitioners, so also the fact that the beneficiary of the alleged forgery that is Lokesh Yadav, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2024 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11486/2024 and also the fact that the accused-petitioners are in custody for last more than one month, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.

These bail applications are, accordingly, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
