The present interim bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No.101/2019, Police Station Jayal, District Nagaur for the offences under Sections 302, 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 427 of IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
The petitioner is seeking interim bail application on account of the fact that his mother is to be operated for her knee problem.
Learned public prosecutor on the basis of verification report submits that no such infirmity was shown in the knee of the petitioner’s mother and no medical document was made available to the Investigating Officer with respect to the knee treatment of

the petitioner’s mother. The report further shows that petitioner is having other family members who can take care of the well being of her mother.
In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present interim bail application at this stage. Accordingly, the interim bail application of the petitioner is dismissed as not pressed at this stage.
