Both these bail applications have been filed by the accusedpetitioners under Section 483 B.N.S.S., in connection with F.I.R. No.260/2024, registered at the Police Station Neem Ka Thana Sadar, District Neem Ka Thana for the offence under Section 306

of IPC.

Counsels for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have been implicated in this case based on false and fabricated story only because of some dispute over money transactions. Counsels further submit that the accused- petitioners are in custody since 07.07.2024 and the Police after completion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet in the matter.

Learned Public Prosecutor assisted by counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail applications.

Considered the submission made by counsels for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor assisted by counsel for the complainant and also perused the challan papers.

Taking into consideration the allegations levelled against the accused- petitioners and so also the fact of some money dispute between the parties as evident from the contents of the F.I.R. and so also the fact that charge-sheet has already been filed, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merit and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

These bail applications are, accordingly, allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court or any other Court to which the matter is

transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when

called upon to do so.
