This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S. arising out of F.I.R. No.183/2024, registered with the Police Station Shyam Nagar, District Jaipur for offences under Sections 420 & 406 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 14.05.2024. Counsel further submits that co-accused Rahil has already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.07.2024 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.6779/2024, therefore, he may be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State opposed the bail application.

Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

Having considered the overall facts & circumstances of the

case so also the fact that co-accused Rahil has already been released on bail by this Court on 23.07.2024, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before the trial Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
