Counsel further submits that the petitioner was simply hired by co-accused and he was only going from one place to another as per direction given to him by other co-accused persons who had hired him. Counsel further submits that the Police after completion of investigation has submitted chargesheet in the matter and as per the charge-sheet there is no evidence on record which connects the accused-petitioner with the allegations of leakage of paper or use of unfair means in the competitive examination. Counsel also submits that the accusedpetitioner is in custody since 11.04.2024 and trial will take its own time. Therefore, the petitioner may be released on bail.
