Mr. Shyam Singh Yadav, Special Public Prosecutor for CBI submits that the accused-appellant-Bhanwar Singh has expired on 28.10.2011. He has placed on record the status report dated 26.06.2023 sent to him by the Office of Superintendent of Police, CBI, ACB, Jaipur alongwith death certificate of the accused which is taken on record.
In view of the death of the accused-appellant-Bhanwar Singh, the present appeal is abated and the same is consigned to record.
