These bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S., arising out of F.I.R. No.710/2024, registered with the Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur for offences under Sections 382 & 420 of IPC. 2. The second bail application ( S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11131/2024 ) has been filed by the petitioner Rohitash Meena after dismissal of his first bail application ( S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.9018/2024 ) which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 30.07.2024 with liberty to file fresh bail application after completion of investigation.

Learned counsels for the petitioners submit that Police after completion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet in the matter and the robbery of Rs.5,000/- is said to have been committed by the petitioners. Counsel further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 04.07.2024 and no other criminal cases are pending against the petitioners, therefore, the petitioners may be released on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed these bail applications. 5. Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

Having considered the allegations against the petitioners so also the fact that no other criminal cases are pending against them and Police after completion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet in the matter, this Court without expressing any

opinion on merits and demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, these bail applications are allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioners Dharamraj Meena S/o Late Shrilalaram Meena, Dilip Singh @ Dilkhush Meena S/o Shri Shivram Meena and Rohitash Meena S/o Sheoram Meena shall be released on bail provided each of them shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before the trial Court or any other Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.

The Registry is directed to place a copy of this order in the connected case file.
