The instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for restoration of S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14212/2023, which was dismissed in default vide order dated 05.01.2024 on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed. S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.14212/2023 is ordered to be restored to its original number.
