his daughter’s marriage was solemnized without any dowry and some amount was paid to him by Ramesh (father of the petitioner). It has also been admitted by the father of the deceased that before incident, he did not receive any information regarding demand of dowry. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2023 and trial of the case will take considerable time. He also contends that further custody of the petitioner would not serve any fruitful purpose.
for the petitioner and looking to the custody period of the petitioner, but without commenting anything on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem it proper to allow the bail application.
