The present miscellaneous application has been filed for recalling the order dated 18.12.2020 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court & order dated 25.01.2021 passed by Registrar (Judicial).
Vide order dated 18.12.2020, this Court passed a preemptory order against the petitioner pursuant to that, petitioner failed to comply with the defects pointed out by the Registry and ultimately, vide order dated 25.01.2021, the anticipatory bail application of petitioner was dismissed.
Today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner.
Hence, the present criminal miscellaneous application is hereby dismissed.
