Learned counsel for the respondent-Central Bureau of Investigation has submitted the letter dated 21.08.2023 furnished

[2024:RJ-JP:18450]

[CRLA-23/1990]

by the DIG & Head of Branch, CBI, ACB, Jaipur for perusal of this Court.

As per the letter, the accused-appellant Shri R.P. Saxena, son of Shri Jyoti Swaroop Saxena has expired way back on 04.03.2016. The letter is accompanied with his death certificate dated 24.06.2022 as also the report dated Nil furnished by Shri Murli Ram Gurjar, Head Constable, CBI, ACB, Jaipur which reflects that the factum of death of the accused-appellant has been verified from his son.

Learned counsel for the accused-appellant pleads no instructions.

In view thereof, these criminal appeals are dismissed as abated. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
