The instant restoration application has been filed by the petitioner to restore the S.B. Civil Transfer Application No.81/2021 which was dismissed by this Court on 02.01.2024 for non prosecution.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to some technical problem, he could not connect to this Court through Video Conferencing and the aforesaid transfer application was dismissed for non prosecution. Therefore, the present transfer application may kindly be restored.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is hereby allowed. Office is directed to restore the S.B. Civil Transfer Application No.81/2021 to its original number.
