The instant misc. application has been filed for restoration of misc. petition No.1292/2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the misc. petition has been decided by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2023 mentioning that after thorough investigation, Police is going to file final report in this case. But later on, the Investigating Officer proved offences against the petitioners. In these circumstances, it is prayed that the present misc. application may be allowed and the order dated 12.10.2023 passed by this Court be recalled.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report received from concerned Police Station wherein it is mentioned that after detailed investigation, Police is going to file final report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present misc. application.
The misc. application is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
