The instant restoration application has been filed by the petitioner to restore the S.B. Civil Transfer Application No.170/2022 which was dismissed by this Court on 17.01.2024 for non prosecution.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances he could not pursue this matter and the aforesaid transfer application was dismissed for non prosecution. Therefore, the present transfer application may kindly be restored.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is hereby allowed. Office is directed to restore the S.B. Civil Transfer Application No.170/2022 to its original number.
