The instant application has been preferred by the applicant under Section 151 CPC for sending the record back to learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Sumerpur, District Pali in Motor

Accident Claim Case No.241/1998 (Tulsi Bai and Others Vs. Maga Ram and Ors.) as the same was lying before this Court in SBCMA No.3881/2011 decided on 22.04.2014.
A perusal of the office report dated 15.11.2018 reveals that record of MACT Case No.241/1998 was sent to Additional District Judge and Judge, MACT, Bali Camp. Sumerpur vide outward No.490 dated 17.01.2015 and the same has been transmitted vide out ward No.390 dated 30.03.2015 to Incharge Officer (Record Room) District and Sessions Judge, Pali.
Thus, in view of above, the application is, therefore, disposed
of.
