Learned counsel for respondent submitted that sole appellant died on 23.09.2020 and since then no effective steps were taken by the appellant to implead legal representatives. He also submitted that the wife of appellant has also died on 09.05.2023 and even after that no steps were taken by counsel for the appellant to continue this appeal.
Even on last occasion, none present on behalf of appellant. In view of aforesaid, the appeal stands abated and dismissed in abatement.
