Learned counsel for respondent submitted that the decree has been satisfied on 03.10.2023 and nothing survives in this appeal. He referred the copy of proceedings in execution No. 78/2021 before learned Additional District Judge, Nainwa, District Bundi (Rajasthan).
Learned counsel for appellant also admitted that the decretal amount was paid to the plaintiff, therefore, the decree was satisfied.
