This contempt petition is filed pleading non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 27.08.2022 in D.B.Civil Writ Petition(PIL) No.12646/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the representation filed was decided by Public Land Protection Cell (PLPC) and notices under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 were issued to the encroachers and notices have been stayed by this Court.

In view of the above, no case is made out for initiation of contempt proceedings.

¶27

The petition is disposed of. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law in case of surviving grievance if any.
