This contempt petition is filed pleading willful disobedience of order dated 06.07.2023 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4473/2023.

The grievance raised is that in spite of the directions issued to the Public Land Protection Cell (PLPC) to decide the representation of the petitioner within two months but needful has not been done.

Learned counsel for the respondents seeks six weeks further time for compliance of the order.

The petition is disposed of with the directions that the order of this Court dated 06.07.2023 be complied with within six weeks from today.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of the decision.
