Instant application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter for short “the A&C Act, 1996”) has been filed, seeking appointment of a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the inter-se dispute between parties.

Counsel appearing on behalf of both parties jointly submit that parties have amicably settled the inter se dispute and in such view, there is no need for appointment of Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute.

Accordingly, instant application is dismissed as not press.
