This restoration application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of DB Review Petition (Writ) No.146/2017, which was dismissed in default as per order dated 18.02.2020 passed by this Court in above-referred Review Petition.
It is noticed that on 18.02.2020, the Division Bench of this Court in DB Review Petition (Writ) No.146/2017 ordered that counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks time to remove the defects, other than the defect of delay, pointed by the office, failing which, the review petition shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court. Admittedly, the defects could not be removed within stipulated time.
This restoration application has not been seriously opposed by learned counsel for the respondent No.1 whereas none is present on behalf of other respondents to oppose the application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the averment made in the restoration application, we deem it appropriate to restore the DB Review Petition (Writ) No.146/2017 to its original number.
