Heard on prayer for extension of time for compliance of the order passed earlier.
In view of the submissions made by learned senior counsel for the applicant-respondent No.1 that against the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 07.07.2023, SLP was preferred in the Supreme Court which finally came to be dismissed on 22.09.2023, therefore, appropriate extension may be granted to comply with the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court earlier.
Learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner, on advance copy, would submit that in the spirit of the order passed by the

Division Bench of this Court on 07.07.2023, the applicantrespondent No.1 is obliged under the law to first reinstate the petitioner and then conduct an enquiry as per the direction of the Court.
Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, particularly taking into consideration that the SLP preferred by the applicant was dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 22.09.2023, we are inclined to extend the period appropriately that the period as prescribed by the Division Bench of this Court shall commence from today.
The application is, accordingly, disposed off.
