1. Pursuant to the directions given by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2023, explanation on behalf of petitioner has been submitted.

In the explanation it is mentioned that so far as filing of affidavits on behalf of Dinesh S/o Mafa Ram, Ratna Devi W/o Padamji and Shanti Lal S/o Goda Ji are concerned, the petitioner has confronted with the above persons and two of them viz. Dinesh and Shanti Lal have clearly stated that they have not given

any power of attorney to one Narayan Singh at any point of time. It is also mentioned that the power of attorney and affidavits have examined by a handwriting expert and he has opined that the power of attorney does not contain the signature of Dinesh and Shanti Lal. No explanation in respect of filing of affidavit of Ramaram S/o Goda Ji has been given by the petitioner.

3. Having perused the explanation submitted on behalf of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the same is not satisfactory and, therefore, the said explanation cannot be accepted.

After perusing the various compliance reports filed by the respondents from time to time and after perusing the material available on record, we are of the view that substantial compliance of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5291/2012 (Jawan Singh & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) has been made, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition.

5. Hence, this contempt petition is dismissed.
