Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 18.9.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7654/2023 (Rajat Yadav vs. Rajasthan High Court and
Others) and other connected writ petitions. However, learned counsel Mr. Chayan Bothra appearing for the respondents has

submitted that this writ petition is filed after pronouncement of the judgment in Rajat Yadav’s case (supra).
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a Coordinate Bench of this Court has already observed that since the controversy involved in the matter is squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in Rajat Yadav’s case (supra), the writ petitions filed after pronouncements of Rajat Yadav’s case (supra) are liable to be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment only.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Jaipur Bench in Rajat Yadav’s case (supra).
