This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondents have not complied with the directions given by this Court on 13.09.2022 in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12823/2022 (Jagdish Sain Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) .
This Court vide order dated 13.09.2022 has directed the respondents to treat the complaint of the petitioner as his representation and thereafter to take necessary action.
In the above mentioned writ petition, the petitioner has alleged that the encroachments made over the public land bearing

Khasra Nos.3386 and 3429 of Patwar Mandal Sirohi II have not been removed despite several complaints.
Learned AAG has already filed the compliance report, wherein it is mentioned that the encroachments from the above mentioned land have already been removed.
To verify the above fact some documents such as Tehsildar Report, Memo of Site ¼ekSdk QnZ½ etc. have also been enclosed with that compliance report.
Having perused the compliance report, we are of the opinion that the order dated 13.09.2022 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.12823/2022 (Jagdish Sain Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) . has substantially been complied with, therefore, there is no need to pass any further order in this contempt petition.
With these observation, this contempt petition is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
