Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the present Writ Contempt Petition, an order has

been passed by the competent authority of the respondent department deciding representation of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the fact that representation of the petitioner has been decided by the respondents in compliance of the order dated 25.01.2022 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court, the present Writ Contempt Petition has been rendered infructuous. However, he seeks liberty to approach appropriate legal forum ventilating his grievances against the order dated 28.04.2023 passed by the respondents.
In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present contempt petition.
Accordingly, the present Writ Contempt Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous, with the liberty prayed for. Rule is discharged.
