The present Writ Contempt Petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner being aggrieved by the non compliance of the order dated 18.11.2020 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that this Court while deciding the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1556/2019 (Topendra Charan Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), vide order dated 18.11.2020 directed the petitioners to file a representation before the competent authority. The competent authority in turn was directed to consider the petitioner’s case in accordance with the decision dated 08.01.2020 rendered by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Namonarayan Sharma & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.908/2017).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representations submitted by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 18.11.2020 passed by this Court has been considered and rejected by the answering respondent vide order dated 29.03.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that since the representation submitted by the petitioner has been considered, the compliance of the order dated 18.11.2020 has been made by the respondents and therefore, the contempt petition may be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner was not in a position to dispute the fact that representation filed by the petitioner has been considered and rejected by the respondents vide order dated 29.03.2022. Learned counsel however prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to agitate his grievances against the order dated 29.03.2022 before the appropriate legal forum.

In view of the aforesaid, the present Writ Contempt Petition is dismissed. The petitioner however shall be at liberty to approach appropriate legal forum for ventilating his grievances
