At the outset, learned Additional Advocate General submits that the order, disobedience whereof is alleged in the contempt petition, stands complied with. He further submits that the representation has already been decided, as directed by this Court.
The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, in case need arises and accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped and notices stand discharged.
All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
