Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submits that the order, disobedience whereof is alleged in the contempt petition, stands complied with.
In light of such submission, the contempt petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous; accordingly the contempt proceedings are dropped and notices stand discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take up his cause afresh by filing a fresh petition.
