Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, if their representation is considered and decided by the respondents, while keeping into consideration the judgment passed by this Court in Madan Lal Vs. State of Rajasthan and Anr. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8108/2019) decided on 08.07.2020 alongwith other connected matters.

In light of such submission, the present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners, while keeping into consideration the order passed in the case of Madan Lal (Supra) within a period of three weeks from the date of receiving the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. However, the impugned order shall not cause any kind of prejudice while the representation is decided.
