This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging that the order dated 18.2.2022 passed by this Court in D.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.2620/2022 has not been complied with.
Vide order dated 18.02.2022, this Court has disposed of the above-referred writ petition while observing that the PLPC will examine the grievance raised by the petitioner in accordance with the order of this Court dated 30.01.2019 passed in Jagdish Prasad Meena Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No.10819/2018.
In response to the contempt petition, the respondents have filed a compliance report, wherein it is mentioned that the

encroachments made over the public land have already been removed.
Copies of the orders of removing encroachments have also been annexed along with the compliance report.
Having gone through the compliance report, we are of the opinion that the order passed by this court has substantially been complied with.
In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition and the same is disposed of.
Notices are discharged.
