This Court vide order dated 23.09.2021 directed the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that representation submitted by the petitioners to the competent authority has been decided vide order dated 30.10.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in view of the fact that representation submitted by the petitioners has already been decided by the respondents in compliance of the order dated 23.09.2021, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present contempt petition and the same therefore, deserves to be dismissed as having rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners was not in position to refute the fact that representation submitted by the petitioners has already been decided by the respondent vide order dated 30.10.2023.

In view of the aforesaid development, the present contempt petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.

However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to pursue appropriate legal remedy, in case any of the petitioners’ grievances still persist.

With this observation, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
