Learned counsel for the petitioner-revenue, in light of the Rajasthan State Litigation Policy, 2018 and in light of the Circular dated 14.10.2022 and considering the fact that in the present matter tax liability is less than the prescribed limit, seeks to withdraw the present Sales Tax Revision Petition.
Accordingly, the sales tax revision is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
