Learned counsel for the petitioner-applicant has submitted that in light of the Rajasthan State Litigation Policy, 2018 and in light of the Circular dated 14.10.2022 and considering the fact that in the present matter tax limit is less than the prescribed limit, learned counsel seeks to withdraw the present Sales Tax Revision Petition.
On perusal of the said Circular dated 14.10.2022 and the Rajasthan State Litigation Policy, 2018, this court deems it appropriate to dismiss the present Sales Tax Revision Petition.
Accordingly, the present Sales Tax Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
It is made clear that in light of said circular, the withdrawal will not create a binding precedence upon the Department, pertaining to the issue in the present dispute.
