It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that due

deceased have falsely implicated the applicant. It is also contended that the applicant has not been named in the F.I.R. and as per F.I.R. the applicant informed the complainant that someone had thrown the body after murdering the deceased.

Learned Assistant Government Advocate has opposed the suspension of sentence application. It is contended that there is ample evidence to connect the applicant with the alleged offence. 8. We have considered the contentions and perused the record. 9. Looking to the site plan, recovery of weapon of offence at the instance of the applicant and the FSL report, we are not inclined to entertain the suspension of sentence application, hence, the same is accordingly, dismissed.
