Heard learned counsel for the parties on the application for suspension of sentence.
Having considered the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case after perusing the medical report of the applicant-appellant, wherein it is mentioned that the condition of the applicant-appellant is improving and he is getting regular treatment, we are not inclined to temporarily suspend the substantive sentence awarded to the accused applicant-appellant.
Accordingly, this application for suspension of sentence is rejected.
