This special appeal is filed by the appellant challenging the demand raised by the respondent-Department. The SBCWP No.1204/2018 preferred by the appellant has been dismissed by the learned Single Judge while observing that statutory alternate remedy under Section 65(1) of the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998 is available to the appellant.
Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and after going through the material available on record, no case for interference in this special appeal is made out.
Hence, this special appeal is dismissed.
