This appeal is filed by the appellants being aggrieved with the order dated 21.09.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13113/2018, whereby a direction was issued to the Commissioner, Industries, Government of Rajasthan to constitute a committee of the officials to find out when the area which has been allotted to the respondents by RIICO was actually developed and the facilities which are in existence were provided to the allottes from which date. It is further directed that the committee shall submit its report before this Court within a period of two weeks.

Mr. Narendra Thanvi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has informed that the committee has already been constituted pursuant to the directions given by the learned Single Judge and as per his information, inspection has already been carried out by the committee and the committee is going to submit its report very soon.

Mr. Falgun Buch, learned counsel appearing for the appellants has submitted that as per his information, the committee has already been constituted, however, whether the inspection is carried out or not, he is not in position to confirm the same.

Be that as it may, when the committee has already been constituted by the Commissioner, Industries, Government of Rajasthan pursuant to the directions given by the learned Single Judge by the impugned order, we are not inclined to interfere in this special appeal.

Hence, the special appeal writ is hereby dismissed.

However, it would be open for the appellants to agitate the matter before the learned Single Judge raising the grounds mentioned in the reply to the writ petition.
