This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking production of her minor daughter ‘D’, who was alleged to be in detention of respondent No.5.
By order dated 28.03.2023, learned AAG was directed to complete his instructions/file factual report.

A factual report has been produced, inter-alia , indicating that minor corpus alongwith accused was located and the accused was apprehended on 02.04.2023.
As the corpus was minor, she was produced before the C.W.C., Nagaur who after recording her statements has handed over the corpus to the mother i.e. petitioner in the present petition. Further submissions have been made that action in this regard against the accused is being taken.
In view of above fact situation, wherein the corpus has been located and handed over to the petitioner, no further action is required to be taken in the petition, the petition is accordingly disposed of.
