Petitioner has preferred this habeas corpus petition seeking production of corpus who happens to be daughter of petitioner.

As per the report submitted by police, the date of birth of corpus is 05.02.2004. As per missing person report also, date of birth of corpus is 05.02.2004, meaning thereby corpus has attained majority.

Corpus has been produced before the Court. We have interacted with the corpus. She has stated that she wishes to stay with respondent No.9 and that she is not in any illegal detention. 4. Since the corpus is not in any illegal detention, is staying with respondent No.9 on her own free will and she has attained majority, we are not inclined to entertain the habeas corpus petition.

Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly, dismissed.
