Petitioner has preferred this habeas corpus petition seeking production of the corpus, who happens to be minor daughter of the petitioner.

In compliance of the order dated 29.05.2023, corpus has been produced before the Court by Mr. Mukesh Kumar, Police Inspector, S.H.O. Police Station Kanota & Ms. Babubai, M.F.C.3955.

It is informed by learned Assistant Government Advocate that custody of the corpus has already been handed over to the petitioner, who is father of the corpus.

We have interacted with the corpus.

Corpus is a minor girl who has stated before us that she wants to stay with present petitioner, her father.

Since, corpus wishes to stay with present petitioner and custody of the corpus has already been handed over to the petitioner who is father of the corpus, we deem it proper to dispose of the present habeas corpus petition.

The present Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
