Petitioner has preferred this habeas corpus petition seeking production of the corpus, who happens to be her daughter.

Corpus has been produced before the Court from the Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur by the Police Officials of Police Station Karni Vihar, Jaipur (West).

We have interacted with the corpus.

Corpus has stated before us that she now wishes to go with present petitioner who is her mother.

Since, corpus is a minor girl and wishes to go with present petitioner, her mother, we deem it proper to allow the present habeas corpus petition.

The present Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly, allowed. Stay application stands disposed of.

Custody of the corpus is handed over to the present petitioner, her mother, today in the Court.
