The present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 03.07.2018 & 04.07.2018.

This Court after hearing learned counsel for the parties had passed the interim order on 11.07.2018 whereby it was directed that the petitioners shall not be relieved from the present place of posting. Since in the present case, the transfer/ posting of the petitioners are involved and the petitioners have remained on the similar place, in view of the interim order passed by this Court and a period of almost five years have passed, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms that the impugned order dated 04.07.2018 qua the petitioners is quashed and the respondents will be free to pass a fresh transfer order in accordance with law considering the administrative exigencies. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
