A letter dated 06.02.2024 has been received from the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge & Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.1 (Rent Tribunal No.1), Jaipur Metropolitan-I for extension of time granted by this court vide order dated 09.11.2021 to decide the pending application.
For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 06.02.2024, I deem it just and proper to extend the time granted by this court to decide the pending application vide order dated 09.11.2021 for a further period of six months.
Office is directed to inform the concerned court below in this regard.
