The petitioner who is visually impaired person has approached this Court with a grievance that he has been selected as Teacher Grade-III and given appointment in District Dholpur whereas, he should have been given posting in District Bharatpur which is his home District. In this regard he relied upon the circular dated 18.07.2022 issued by the Administrative Reforms Department. 2. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the Director, Elementary Education, Dholpur along with a photo copy of the circular dated 18.07.2022

and a certified copy of the order instant within a period of three weeks from today.

In case any such representation is addressed, the competent authority shall sympathetically consider the same in accordance with law, more particularly, in light of the circular dated 18.07.2022. The needful should be done preferably within a period of eight weeks of receiving the representation.

It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the petitioners’ representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioners’ grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

Stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
