respondent No.3-Shri Chandra Prakash Gurjar and the transfer order dated 14.01.2023 was challenged by the petitioner by way of filing appeal No.489/2023 before the Tribunal. In the appeal, learned Tribunal stayed the transfer order of petitioner, vide interim order dated 31.01.2023, however simultaneously, granted opportunity to respondent-Department to pass a fresh transfer order within Jaipur District, apparently for the reason that the petitioner is at the verge of retirement.
