By way of instant writ petition, petitioner has raised the grievance for payment of regular salary from the date of completion of probation period as also for payment of full salary for the period of suspension.
After arguing the writ petition for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in order to approach before the Tribunal for ventilating his grievance as raised in the present writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for.
