file a fresh detailed representation to the respondents for redressal of petitioner’s grievances and he prays that the respondents may be directed to decide the same at the earliest.
Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the respondents and the respondents shall consider the same at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation strictly in accordance with law.
The stay application and other pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
